The outdoor 4G router supports major UK mobile providers, such as BT EE O2 Three Vodafone and virtual mobile providers. The SIM card slot takes a Nano standard SIM card, 0.5" by 0.3" inch (12.3x8.8mm).

The 4G modem router is unlocked to use any workable data plan, such as a regular phone SIM, data-only plan, and IoT data plan. When using a 5G data plan, the outdoor router will connect to the 4G-LTE mobile networks.

This EZR34-012 router offers 1Gbps LAN and 1200Mbps WiFi with a faster speed CAT12 modem. The EZR33L series has 100Mbps LAN and 300Mbps WiFi with selectable CAT4/6 modems.

The CAT6/12 LTE-Advanced modems can provide fast speed for high-traffic applications such as video streaming. The CAT4 model is more suitable for low-traffic demands and applications such as IoT devices.

The EZR33L outdoor router has a dual SIM card slot and an LTE modem inside. After inserting a workable SIM card in the SIM#1 slot, the LTE modem connects to mobile networks and gets an internet connection. The 4G modem router can output the internet traffic on the WiFi hotspot and wired LAN port.

LAN Ethernet - You can connect another router to the LAN port on the PoE injector and extend the intranet network.

The CAT4 modem does not support carrier aggregation, but the CAT6 modem has 2x carrier aggregation. The carrier aggregation will automatically turn on when having sufficient signals. Read more about carrier aggregation technology.

The EZR33L outdoor router needs a fair signal reception (above -101dBm RSRP signal) and a workable SIM card. You can run a field test of the signal reception. If the signal is too weak, you can upgrade the 4G antenna to higher-gain models to get the best available signals.

Using a mobile signal booster with the cellular routers is not recommended since it increases the noise level, which causes slower internet speed and even packet loss.

The EZR33L outdoor router package includes a complete set of brackets, a wrench, and a manual. You can twist the bracket to install it in flexible directions, horizontally or vertically. The suggested installation is on a Ø35~50mm pole that is not included.

The EZR33L outdoor router takes 48Volt power from the included PoE injector and supports an alternative DC power supply on the DC socket.

You can go through the power wire from the gland to the DC socket on the motherboard, which takes 9~48Volt DC power on a standard Ø 5.5/2.1 jack.

Do not use overloaded electric power. For example, the typical 12Volt power should have a 1.5~2.0Amps current.
