How Link Aggregation Works?
Link aggregation is also called link bonding. Ezen5x router bundles multiple internet links as a single traffic flow to utilize them simultaneously. It can bundle 4G/5G mobile modems, WiFi relays, and landline ISP modems.
When installing 2x mobile modems in the Ezen5x router, they bond together to connect multiple cellular networks and increase internet speed and connection reliability.
You can also turn on the backup mode to use one of the mobile modems and use the WiFi/WAN connection as the backup link when the main modem link is offline.
You can configure another physical LAN port to act as WAN with the multi-WAN feature. Each of the WAN interfaces has a different subnet. It allows you to connect your Ezen5x router to multiple ISP landline modems.
